About The Position

Our large financial client is looking for a PC/Hardware Deployment Technician to join their team on a long term contract. Ideal candidates should have experience performing moves, disconnects and reconnects. This is a hardware based role supporting moves, adds, changes, imaging, migrations and coordination of large move projects.

Requirements

Experience with moves, adds and changes, deployments, installations,
Must be flexible with working evening and weekends when needed.
Data Migrations, Windows 11, refresh, imaging, email follows up,
Customer service background and the ability to respond to email and telephone inquiries.
Coordination of systems access, engagement of vendors for telephony and data.
Basic PC & hardware deployments including PC builds, installations, disconnect and reconnect, moves, adds and changes.
Technologies may include, but not limited to Windows 10,11, Microsoft Office Suites, O365

Nice To Haves

A+ certification a plus.

Responsibilities

Performing moves, disconnects and reconnects.
Supporting moves, adds, changes, imaging, migrations and coordination of large move projects.
Client interfacing position requires customer service background and the ability to respond to email and telephone inquiries.
Coordination responsibilities involve procurement of systems access, engagement of vendors for telephony and data ensuring installations by target date through multiple request management tools.
Fulfillment responsibilities involve basic PC & hardware deployments including but not limited to PC builds, installations including disconnect and reconnect, moves, adds and changes.
Adapt to changing business needs while remaining detail focused is critical.
