About The Position

Verifies quantity, quality, and labeling of products ready for shipment by performing the following duties. This role involves ensuring the correct box type, box liners, and packing methods are used. The individual will assemble boxes and affix labels on packaging, examine packs, cups, or bottles and their contents for conformance to customer specifications, and palletize boxes onto correct pallets to follow customer specifications.

Requirements

• Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form.
• Basic knowledge of computers and the ability to input data into a computer.
