Responsibilities

• Analyze, track, and report PBIS Data to staff.
• Support students struggling with following appropriate behavior expectations by providing immediate intervention and guidance.
• Utilize data to identify appropriate interventions for students.
• Attend and participate in MTSS meetings as appropriate.
• Provide guidance and/or professional development regarding PBIS implementation on a Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 level.
• Facilitate small group social skills with students as needed.
• Provides proactive supervision and support in all areas of the building, creating a welcoming environment.
• Utilize attendance trends to build positive relationships with all students and families to promote daily attendance.
• Apply appropriate strategies to address chronically absent student concerns.
• Build connections with families to promote positive student behavior and attendance.
• Participate in professional development as requested by building administration and/or the SFSD.
• Facilitate PBIS Tier 1 and Tier 2 meetings.
• Collaborate with building administration regarding PBIS and attendance initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned by the building administrator to promote PBIS and attendance initiatives.
