About The Position

Reeves Young is seeking an experienced Payroll Supervisor to oversee and manage the full payroll cycle for a growing construction company. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, supervising payroll staff, and serving as the primary reviewer of payroll prior to final approval. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in construction payroll, including certified payroll, multi-state taxation, and job costing, and will be comfortable working across integrated systems such as ADP and Viewpoint.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of payroll experience, preferably in construction
• 2+ years in a lead or supervisory capacity (formal or informal)
• Strong experience with Certified Payroll, Prevailing wage, Multi-state payroll
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now and/or Viewpoint Vista strongly preferred
