About The Position

Hilltop Holdings is seeking a Payroll Specialist. Under the direction of the Payroll Manager, the Payroll Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the assigned payroll service delivery group. This role includes reconciling accruals; processing timekeeping adjustments, employee changes, and terminations; and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. Additional key responsibilities include maintaining process documentation, generating reports, auditing of records, supporting payroll procedures, and ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal wage laws.
