The specialist will also provide situational awareness to management on any critical problems or issues that may arise. Other responsibilities include processing audit reports, verification of employment requests, and garnishments. The role requires a strong customer service focus, the ability to organize and prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
