This role requires candidates to be on-site 5 days a week (M-F) at our Rosemont Office. The Payroll Specialist will ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in compliance with government regulations. This includes managing multiple weekly and bi-weekly payrolls, ensuring compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreements and contractual obligations. The specialist will analyze payroll issues, recommend and implement corrective actions, and collaborate with HRIS for system integrity. Additionally, the role involves training and mentoring team members, overseeing salary adjustments, deductions, bonuses, and payroll accounting, including processing final checks for separations. Other duties as assigned.
