About The Position

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team! We are jointly owned by Suntory and PepsiCo. We have the exclusive rights to make, sell, and distribute directly to stores in our territory the world-renowned PepsiCo and Keurig Dr. Pepper beverages. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Three (3) years of current payroll knowledge & experience required.
  • Must be knowledgeable in current payroll procedures and guidelines.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills required.
  • Must have strong reporting software experience.
  • Must have ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Must have 10-Key experience.
  • Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Calculates, verifies, and enters weekly and bi-weekly payroll utilizing Workday.
  • Enters and changes all employee file maintenance as needed.
  • Monitors all medical benefits, 401k garnishes, liens, and their subsequent deductions.
  • Monitors all “special” pay, shift differentials, etc.
  • Maintains payroll records for assigned divisional locations.
  • Generates and creates payroll reports, utilizing Workday tool as needed.
  • Assists in all other payroll/personnel areas.
  • Monitors time & attendance processes and accuracy of recordkeeping via Workday Time Tracking.
  • Other duties as assigned.
