This role involves maintaining employee timecards, shift schedules, and PTO balances, as well as serving as a point of contact for payroll-related inquiries and ADP support. The specialist will also be responsible for inputting new hire information, assisting with process improvements, managing payroll changes for union members, preparing benefit contribution vouchers, and analyzing deduction reports. Collaboration with the Human Resources Department on employee leaves and new hire paperwork is essential. The position requires ensuring compliance with internal policies and controls and interpreting CBAs affecting payroll procedures. Additional duties include assisting with time clock management and performing other assigned projects.
