Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of payroll processing experience.
Strong experience in certified payroll, prevailing wage, and multi-state payroll.
Knowledge of payroll laws, wage and hour regulations, and payroll best practices.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
Construction payroll experience preferred.
Experience with ADP Workforce Now and/or Viewpoint Vista strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees using ADP Workforce Now and Viewpoint.
Reviewing employee timecards for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
Auditing time entries to identify and resolve discrepancies prior to payroll processing.
Entering payroll information into ADP Workforce Now, including hours, earnings, allowances, and other payroll transactions.
Assisting with weekly payroll processing while ensuring all deadlines are met.
Partnering with Human Resources, Accounting, and Operations to ensure payroll information is accurate and complete.
Supporting payroll reporting, including Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP) reporting.
Providing excellent customer service to employees and management.
