About The Position
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise specializing in massage, facials, and hair removal services, with over 500 locations. The Sugar Hill location focuses on providing high-quality, result-driven facial treatments in a supportive and inclusive environment. The spa offers advanced skincare services like LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE microcurrent, dermal infusion, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels. Estheticians have the opportunity to build customized treatment plans for clients and develop repeat business through a membership model. The role emphasizes creating an outstanding customer experience through skincare expertise and product knowledge. The company handles appointment booking and supplies, allowing estheticians to focus on clients. Ongoing education is provided through Education on Demand platforms.
Requirements
- Strong retail and in-room upgrade record
- Must carry liability insurance
- Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines as it relates to Estheticians
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
- Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals
- Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
- Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
- Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
- Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
- Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
