We are currently seeking a full time Payroll Specialist with a can-do attitude and able to perform under pressure. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills while providing the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers. Responsibilities
- Responsible for reconciling hours, visits, and auditing payroll for accuracy and assures adherence to Federal and State guidelines.
- Compiles payroll data including hours worked, bonus pay, commissions
- Updates master payroll records by verifying and recording changes affecting net wages such as insurance coverage, child support, etc. and data concerning compensation increases, promotions, and/or transfer of employees between departments
