The Payroll Specialist position is an entry-level payroll professional that is responsible for initiating, reviewing, and processing payroll. This role supports month-end close processes associated with the payroll process. Requirements

• High school Diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid and appropriate state driver’s license before employment.

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years of payroll processing experience involving operational time-card submissions.

Responsibilities

• Export time-keeping data and import it into our payroll ERP.
• Export the payment file from the ERP and import it into the bank and ADP.
• Support month-end close processes associated with the payroll process.
