Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience managing payroll across multiple countries
  • Strong understanding of payroll legislation, tax, and compliance requirements
  • Proven experience working with third-party payroll providers
  • Advanced Excel capabilities, including data analysis and reconciliation
  • Experience with modern payroll systems such as Workday or similar platforms
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to meet critical deadlines
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple payroll cycles
  • Confident communicator, able to explain payroll concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders
  • Independent problem-solver with the ability to navigate complex payroll scenarios
  • Must hold valid right to work in United States.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle payroll operations across multiple countries with precision and accountability
  • Validate, reconcile, and prepare payroll inputs in partnership with internal stakeholders
  • Review third-party payroll outputs, identifying discrepancies and driving resolution
  • Maintain payroll schedules and ensure all deadlines are consistently met
  • Proactively identify and escalate risks impacting payroll accuracy or timelines
  • Collaborate with People Operations, Finance, and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery
  • Support audits and maintain compliance with local statutory requirements
  • Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and system enhancements
  • Maintain accurate documentation and share knowledge across the team
