About The Position
Our client is a growing payroll company located in Lake Zurich and is seeking a detail oriented and organized Customer Service/Payroll Representative to work part-time 15-20 hours per week with additional time required at month, quarter and year end in a fast-paced environment. We specialize in processing payrolls for small to medium sized businesses. This is an on-site position, due to the sensitive nature of our work, no remote work is allowed.
Requirements
- At least 3 years payroll experience in a corporate payroll environment or working in or with a payroll service.
- Must be detail oriented and love numbers.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with basic payroll laws is strongly desired.
Responsibilities
- Set-up, process and review client payrolls.
- Provide monthly and quarterly reports.
- Respond to client inquiries.
- Manage inventory and administrative projects for the office.
