Payroll Manager & HR Support
About The Position
Marquis Companies is seeking a compassionate Payroll Manager & HR/Staffing Support to join their outstanding team. This role is responsible for the entire payroll process for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Responsibilities include collecting and verifying timesheets, data entry, and processing new and terminated employees. Additionally, the position assists with covering the staffing and scheduling needs of the facility. Marquis Companies operates 26 senior care facilities and provides rehab and pharmacy services, with a family of over 4,000 employees united by the purpose of being champions of every journey.
Requirements
- Experience with UKG or an equivalent HRIS product in payroll
- Demonstrated experience utilizing computer technology for communication, data gathering, and reporting
- Ability to multi-task and deal with highly confidential information
- Proven ability to maintain excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the payroll process for all employees
- Ensuring payroll is completed in a timely & accurate manner
- Collection of time sheets
- Accuracy & verification of data
- Data entry
- Processing new and terminated employees
- Assist with covering staffing and scheduling needs of the facility
- Take staffing calls after hours two or more days per week
