The Payroll & HR Specialist is responsible for delivering accurate and compliant payroll processing while supporting core HR operations across the employee lifecycle. This role will support both the Canadian and US HR Managers, and ensures timely payroll execution, maintains HR data integrity, and supports employees and managers with payroll, benefits, and HR-related inquiries. The position plays a key role in ensuring compliance with company policies, employment legislation, and collective agreements (where applicable), while supporting efficient and effective HR service delivery.
