Requirements

  • Track record of completing work with a high level of quality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suites

Responsibilities

  • Accurately maintaining proper payroll documentation records and procedures for the weekly and biweekly payrolls.
  • Capture timecard entries for the weekly and biweekly employees
  • Interpret payroll implications to process the proper pay transaction
  • Perform an Audit review of New Hires, changes, and termination paperwork to coincide with the changes in Oracle
  • Gather HR and Payroll documentation to save to our electronic employee folder
  • Complete external Verification of Employment documents and government employee documentation
  • Handle Income Withholding Order and Garnishments
  • Promptly and effectively communicate with both internal and external customers
  • Complete other duties as assigned
