The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for managing union payroll reporting across the U.S. and Canada, processing certified and prevailing wage reports and supporting both U.S. and Canadian payroll operations. This role provides direct support to employees on payroll, benefits, and timekeeping inquiries, while also serving as a backup for key payroll functions. Additional responsibilities include assisting with HR/payroll-related tasks and contributing to departmental projects and acquisition activities. This position will report to the Payroll and Benefits Manager.
