Payroll Coordinator Newark Academy is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Payroll Coordinator to oversee the processing and management of payroll operations. This position is responsible for ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance with tax regulations, and the smooth processing of employee payments. The Payroll Coordinator will also support the annual audit process and financial reporting, while managing benefits-related tasks and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing and an ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. The Payroll Coordinator position is an hourly, part-time position. The hourly rate will be between $35.00 and $50.00 per hour, the final rate will be dependent on education and experience.
