About The Position

Labcorp is seeking a Payroll Coordinator II to join their team in Burlington, NC. This role is responsible for end-to-end payroll support, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of payroll, and meeting all statutory compliance requirements. The position involves working closely with other payroll processors and leaders, managing HR cases, processing on-demand checks, and performing various office functions. The Payroll Coordinator II plays a crucial role in the Global Payroll function, contributing to the overall payroll process and ensuring adherence to deadlines and regulations.

Requirements

Associate degree and 3 years experience of work experience in payroll
5 year’s experience if no degree

Nice To Haves

Systems experience, preferably Workday & ADP SmartCompliance

Responsibilities

Works closely with the other post payroll processors and leaders in support of the weekly, biweekly, and/or monthly payroll submission and processing, ensuring data is completed accurately and timely.
Performs routine and non-routine data retrieval, research, analysis, and reporting from payroll records as needed.
Manages daily HR People Services cases for employees, legal, employee relations and outside agency inquiries to ensure timely responses.
Completes and submits forms to agencies as required including Broadspire W/C, Subpoenas, VOEs, etc.
Provides daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports to other areas within the business as required.
Process daily on-demand checks, including data entry, printing, validating, shipping and performing all tasks required for this process.
Performs office functions such as electronic and/or paper filing, records management, mail distribution and other duties as assigned.
