About The Position

The Garnishment Associate position is designed to support the client-facing garnishment team. This is an entry-level role within a fast-growing organization offering unlimited opportunities. Requirements

  • Self-starter able to make sound business judgment in carrying out assigned tasks
  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Office experience preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Assist with department Inbox (general inquiries)
  • Assist with high-volume administrative tasks
  • Sort/scan department mail
  • Coordinate outbound department mailings
  • Introduction to basic garnishment knowledge (order types, forms, common vocabulary)
  • Communicate with internal departments and external clients/employees
  • Assist with various clerical tasks as requested
  • Attend Webinar, Seminars, and other trainings
  • Other ad hoc or projects as assigned
