We are seeking an experienced Payroll Consultant to oversee and support multistate payroll administration, compliance, commission calculations, and retirement plan administration. This role will serve as a key resource for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This is a part time and fully remote role. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing payroll for multi-state organizations, setting up payroll tax registrations in new states, administering 401(k) plans, and processing complex compensation structures including commissions and incentive pay. This position requires a highly detail-oriented professional who can operate independently while partnering effectively with Finance, and business leadership.
