As our Philippines based Payroll & Benefits Specialist, you'll be a vital part of B Consulting’s accounting and HR operations and a trusted partner in our client engagements, ensuring seamless payroll processing and benefits administration. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in US company payroll accounting and benefits administration.
  • Experience working with small to midsize companies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in payroll systems and PEO models.
  • Experience with startup tech stack (Gusto, Justworks, Rippling, Deel, Sequoia One etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Manage U.S. & international payrolls for clients, including regular processing, one-off payments, and compliance across multiple states.
  • Maintain payroll tracker and diligently review payroll invoices for accuracy.
  • Handle payroll tax registration with the various U.S. state tax agencies.
  • Administer PEO/payroll systems and benefits plans, ensuring a smooth experience for employees.
  • Support new hire benefits enrollments.
  • Serve as the go-to resource for payroll and benefits, and administrative questions.
  • Assist with terminations, COBRA administration, and final payments.
  • Prepare reports and submit data to state, federal, and local government agencies as needed.
  • Assist in HR and payroll recordkeeping for clients.
  • Take on special projects to drive efficiency and improve HR and payroll operations.
