Comfort Systems USA is seeking an experienced Payroll & Benefits Specialist to support payroll operations and benefits administration for a large, field-based workforce. This role goes beyond coordination—you’ll take ownership of payroll accuracy, benefits execution, and compliance across a multi-state organization. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a detail-driven environment, understands the complexities of payroll and benefits, and can operate confidently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented setting.
