This position is responsible for processing regular payrolls for salaried employees, monthly and quarterly payroll items, and certified payrolls. It also involves ensuring 401k deferrals and loan deductions are withheld, preparing files for various payroll processing needs, facilitating the Payroll Budget Process, and handling LA Tax incentives and other specific town/parish incentives. Additionally, the role administers the day-to-day and annual operations of the 401(k) plan and is responsible for the preparation of Form 5500 for the 401(k) and cafeteria plans. Other duties include reviewing and approving offer letters, managing FCRA and EEO-1 reporting, and maintaining workers' compensation case files, including the annual audit. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
