About The Position

New Horizons In-Home Care is hiring a Payroll Assistant to support payroll operations for over 4,500 employees across Oregon and Washington. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and ready to build a career in payroll with training and advancement opportunities available. Requirements

  • Consistent attendance Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
  • Are reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
  • Ability to work in-office
  • Have basic to intermediate Excel skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist with bi-weekly payroll processing for 4,000+ employees
  • Respond to employee payroll questions by phone and email
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and data integrity
  • Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure efficient operations
  • Build payroll knowledge and develop into a Payroll Specialist role
