About The Position
Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (CSG Law) is expanding its Human Resources Team and seeking a talented Payroll and Compensation Specialist for a newly created position. This is a hybrid position with an on-site requirement of three days per week.
Requirements
- Proven experience in payroll processing and compensation analysis
- Strong numerical and accounting skills
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and spreadsheets (e.g., Excel)
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee payroll operations, ensuring accuracy in deductions and compliance with tax regulations
- Maintain and reconcile payroll records; conduct regular compliance audits
- Analyze compensation data, prepare reports, and integrate data for strategic decision-making
- Conduct market benchmarking and assist in designing competitive compensation programs
- Serve as the functional lead for Workday and ADP SmartCompliance systems
