Payroll Analyst

In this role you will assist with processing payroll and provide backup for payroll deductions and expense reporting. We’re looking for a person with experience using payroll or time tracking systems that is comfortable with learning new software.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration with a minimum of two years of payroll related experience; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with HRIS/payroll systems. Workday experience preferred.
- Ability to analyze large volumes of data and take appropriate action quickly.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills are essential in this role.

Responsibilities
- Assist with payroll processing and auditing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with tier I and II payroll deductions from various sources.
- Prepare reports to assist with the transmission of data for various inbound and outbound interfaces.
- Process employee verifications from various sources in a timely manner.
- Assist with time record audits.
- Assist with expense report processing.
