About The Position

Grande Fond du Lac is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst who understands the critical role payroll plays in the Associate (employee) experience. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end processing of bi-weekly payroll, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and alignment with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining strict confidentiality of our data. Strong prior payroll processing experience is a must, ideally with multi-state payroll, where you’ve navigated varying tax laws, compliance requirements, and complex scenarios. From supporting month-end close activities and audit requests to identifying opportunities to automate and streamline processes, your work will directly strengthen the payroll function. If you’re a proactive, solutions-focused professional who enjoys improving processes, ensuring compliance, and serving as a trusted resource for payroll questions, this is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact!
