Payroll Analyst (Temporary)

About The Position

General RV Center is hiring a temporary Payroll Analyst to support its expanding Payroll team. The role is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of multi-state payroll and related activities through the Oracle HCM system. The Payroll Analyst maintains compensation objectives in alignment with company processes and procedures, promotes internal customer service, and serves as a subject matter expert for payroll specialists and stakeholders on compensation questions and issues. The role also monitors payroll processes and compensation programs, identifies opportunities to streamline operations, and recommends improvements. Other duties may be assigned by management.

Requirements

At least 4 years of payroll experience.
Supervisory or management experience.
Experience processing payroll using a computer-based or web-based system.
Knowledge of applicable federal Department of Labor and multi-state payroll and employment laws.
Understanding of wage attachments, including garnishments, child support, and levies.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Ability to exercise discretion and judgment when handling highly confidential information.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Reliable, with a strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience with Oracle HCM and ADP is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Deliver multi-state payroll and related activities accurately and on time through Oracle HCM.
Maintain compensation objectives in line with General RV Center processes and procedures.
Promote a department culture of internal customer service for General RV employees and stakeholders.
Serve as a subject matter expert to payroll specialists and stakeholders on compensation questions or issues.
Monitor payroll processes and compensation programs, streamline operations, and recommend process improvements.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
