About The Position

General RV Center is seeking a Payroll Analyst to support its expanding Payroll team. The role is responsible for delivering accurate, timely multi-state payroll and related activities through Oracle HCM, maintaining compensation objectives in line with company processes, and supporting payroll specialists and stakeholders with compensation questions. The Payroll Analyst also monitors payroll processes and compensation programs, identifies opportunities to streamline operations, and recommends improvements. This is a temporary position.

Requirements

At least 4 years of payroll experience.
Supervisory or management experience.
Experience processing payroll using a computer-based or web-based system.
Knowledge of applicable federal Department of Labor and multi-state payroll and employment laws.
Understanding of wage attachments, including garnishments, child support, and levies.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Ability to exercise considerable discretion and judgment when handling highly confidential information.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Reliable with a strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience with Oracle HCM and ADP is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Deliver timely and accurate multi-state payroll and related activities through Oracle HCM.
Maintain compensation objectives in accordance with General RV Center processes and procedures.
Promote a culture of internal customer service for General RV employees and stakeholders.
Serve as a subject matter expert for payroll specialists and stakeholders on compensation questions or issues.
Monitor payroll processes and compensation programs, streamline operations, and recommend improvements where needed.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
