As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our payroll processes run efficiently. You will provide essential support to our Americas Payroll Team and contribute to the overall wellbeing of our employees. Requirements

  • A minimum of 2+ years of US payroll processing experience.
  • Hands-on experience supporting payroll operations.
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks with minimal daily instruction, seeking mentorship on newly introduced tasks.
  • Ability to meet a constant stream of deadlines.
  • High adaptability and flexibility.
  • Clear and effective communication in both speaking and writing.
  • Good judgment, analytical, and problem-solving skills within established payroll procedures.
  • Ability to work as an effective great teammate.
  • High degree of integrity and a solid ability to deliver high-quality customer service and maintain collaborative working relationships.
  • Diligent, with the ability to maintain confidentiality in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

  • Pick up and distribute mail weekly.
  • Process garnishments and notarizations as necessary.
  • Ensure garnishment checks are notarized and mailed out biweekly.
  • Assist with weekly 401(k) audits.
  • Review weekly benefit arrears and add to payroll as necessary.
  • Perform monthly deduction audits and process arrears.
  • Monitor new hires and complete ADP set-up.
  • Monitor and respond to the payroll inbox.
  • Prepare terminations and ad-hoc wire payments.
  • Prepare post-payroll reports.
