Join Kamaʻāina Kids as a Payroll Administrator and help support a statewide team making a difference for Hawaiʻi’s keiki. This role plays a key part in supporting payroll operations for over 700 employees across more than 90 locations statewide. While we partner with an external payroll provider, this position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and coordination of all payroll-related data on our end. This is also a critical support role to the VP of Human Resources, helping ensure payroll and HR operations continue smoothly and accurately. Behind every accurate paycheck is trust. This role ensures employees are paid correctly and on time, payroll data is accurate and compliant, and operations continue seamlessly — even during leadership absences. You won’t just support payroll — you’ll help own and stabilize it.
