About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to support our global payroll operations. This role is responsible for assisting with payroll processing, responding to employee inquiries, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll administration. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, a basic understanding of payroll processes, and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of customer service experience
  • Basic knowledge of payroll processes and terminology (taxes, deductions, garnishments, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn software and computer programs quickly highly preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Business, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Assist in processing payroll on a regular schedule for our U.S. and International employees
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee payroll inquiries (paychecks, taxes, deductions, direct deposit, etc.)
  • Provide high-quality customer service and timely issue resolution
  • Review and audit payroll data for accuracy (hours worked, pay rates, deductions)
  • Support onboarding and offboarding payroll-related tasks
  • Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data integrity within HRIS/payroll systems
  • Assist with payroll adjustments, corrections, and off-cycle payments as needed
  • Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
  • Partner with HR and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Support year-end processes (e.g., W-2 distribution)
