About The Position
Gossett Motor Cars, one of the largest privately-owned Automotive Dealer Groups in West Tennessee, is seeking a professional individual with the ambition and aptitude to become part of the retail automotive industry. We are currently seeking an Experienced PAYOFF / TITLE CLERK to join our team!
Requirements
- Excellent telephone skills and etiquette
- Knowledge of Word and Excel

- Willing to learn and grow with a fast moving company
Responsibilities
- Prepare the paperwork on titles that are received from lien holders
- Confirm accuracy of VIN number, odometer reading, releases of liens and that all titles contain no alterations.
- Verify Payoffs with lenders prior to forwarding payoff checks.
- Followup on titles for all payoffs
- File all completed car deals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
