About The Position

As a Vice President Product Manager on the Payments Value-Added Services Platform team, you will own a core product area in a portfolio that includes network tokenization, account updater, acquirer tokenization, and consumer profiles. These products simplify credential management and improve authorization performance for clients. The role combines operating and scaling products already in production with building a next-generation payment credential platform. You will own your product area's roadmap and delivery, improve APIs and client onboarding, drive authorization uplift, and oversee operational activities including incident response. You will also partner with product leadership and stakeholders across the organization to shape and deliver a platform designed for simpler integration, self-service onboarding, and measurable client outcomes. This platform is intended to become a long-term foundation for JPMorganChase merchant payments. You will work with product teams, engineering, card network partners, compliance, sales and relationship managers, and clients. In your first year, you will take ownership of your product area's roadmap and delivery and lead a major workstream of the next-generation platform through delivery.
