Requirements

  • 5 years of project or program management experience
  • Proven experience managing multiple moderate to high complexity projects
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and software
  • Ability to assess and improve project management processes across lifecycles
  • Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and team building capabilities
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, and quality management skills
  • Effective communication skills, including engagement with senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to estimate costs, manage budgets, and deliver within constraints
  • Experience in Banking or Payments Domain
  • Associates degree or above

  • PMP certification
  • Experience identifying and eliminating redundancies across portfolios
  • Advanced expertise in project management theory and team dynamics
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change, make tough decisions, and take on complex assignments

Responsibilities

  • Technology Project, Program, or Release Management.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise release activities, deliverables, CRQs, estimates, and funding alignment.
  • Strong ability to coordinate across technology teams and business partners in a matrixed environment.
  • Support large-scale enterprise releases, including release weekend execution.
  • Payments or high-volume transaction processing.
  • Work with release governance, MSPIs, and regulatory-driven delivery models.
