About The Position

The Payment Traceability Business Analyst supports delivery of an end-to-end payment and settlement traceability capability. The role conducts application and process discovery, maps payment journeys, documents data and status requirements, supports testing, and provides shared payment-flow analysis to the Anomaly Detection and SWIFT Resilience workstreams. The position works with Operations, Client Service, Technology, Risk, and application owners. It documents current-state processes and application dependencies; defines requirements for traceability, statuses, alerts, and evidence; prepares and executes testing; and supports operational procedures, training, and readiness activities. The role contributes to State Street’s Payments Business Risk and Resiliency Programs.
