Responsibilities
- Review invoices for accurate payment posting and ensure what is posted matches the remittance advice.
- Review ERA’s for appropriate exchange posting logic.
- Address any system logic issues with the Systems team.
- Populate Smartsheet with all documented errors and share feedback with appropriate teams.
- Assist leadership and training teams to build appropriate best practices with case studies on incorrect posting practices.
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality.
- Perform all audit instructions as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
