The Payment Services Issue Management team provides shared services support to several divisions of Payments including PCS, PMI and TMS. Issues sources include First, Second and Third Lines of Defense. The Payments Risk Issue Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the identification, assessment, control, and monitoring of operational and regulatory risks across all Payments Related Business Lines, through the issue management process. This role will require the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A successful candidate will have a background in Project Management, Audit, Compliance, or applicable business line experience.
