As a Payment Product Manager (Billing squad), you will ensure billing accuracy, compliance, and reliability across invoices, credits, and adjustments. You will improve client experience around their invoices and payments by reducing friction, errors, and time to resolution. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, Support, and Ops to align processes and tools, and enable strategic evolutions such as internationalization, e-invoicing, and product diversification. This role is unique as you'll engage with numerous stakeholders and personas, including internal ones, requiring deep dives into roles like customer agents and sales agents, and a thorough understanding of financial flows and sales & marketing strategy. You will support core processes across several business units, train internal teams on new features, and gain valuable knowledge about key business unit operations. Your scope will be transversal, involving a variety of features that require different product skills, from classic UX flows to backend solutions. As a Product Manager, you’ll be part of a 100+ people Product organization, supported by an engineering team of over 300 people. You will spend extensive time continuously discovering users and their pain points through interviews, user research, and data analysis. With these insights and company objectives in mind, you’ll define OKRs and roadmaps to solve user problems and achieve company goals. You’ll work closely with a dedicated Product Designer and a team of Product-centered engineers, starting with MVPs and following up on implementation and future iterations. Achieving common goals is prioritized over just building features.
