Requirements

  • Experience delivering training, coaching or knowledge transfer within a call center, customer service, payments or operational environment.
  • Subject matter expertise in Global Payments Canada products, processes and customer support practices.
  • Fluency in both French and English, with strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to explain technical concepts clearly and adapt learning approaches to meet the needs of different audiences.
  • A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning, accountability and driving positive outcomes.

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Experience managing the full training lifecycle, including analysis, design, delivery and evaluation.
  • Training certifications or demonstrated expertise as a Genius Canada Subject Matter Expert (SME).
