This role is responsible for assisting internal and external customers with Automated Clearing House services, completing ACH functions as they pertain to Receiving Depository Financial Institution (RDFI) and Originating Depository Financial Institution (ODFI) activity. The representative will respond to internal and external customer inquiries via telephone and email, and handle a variety of clerical, quality control, data entry, and reconciliation tasks.
