Requirements

Abilities: Able to manage back-office banking operations, resolve client issues, and ensure accuracy in financial transactions while maintaining high productivity and efficiency
2+ years’ experience in financial services, financial operations or related fields.
High school diploma required

Responsibilities

Oversee back office and banking operations, including tasks related to Consumer Identification Program (CIP), Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC), account reconciliations, transaction processing, and claim resolutions for Consumer Directed Healthcare and Health Savings Account inquiries.
Meet daily productivity goals, including managing priority client tickets and responding to work requests within defined SLAs.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, identifying and resolving issues that pose financial risks to the company.
Monitor and report on trends, ensuring consistent and high-quality work while proactively addressing potential processing issues.
Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager to support overall business objectives and operational improvements.
