About The Position

As a Payer Operations & Transformation Consultant, Senior Associate, you will engage with clients in the health services sector to drive operational improvements and transformative initiatives. Within our Operations practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions that enhance business performance. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor others, navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 4 years of experience
