About The Position

A Transformation Consultant will help clients develop strategies, design how their organizations operate, and successfully implement and adopt change. The role brings together expertise across business transformation, operating model, process improvement, organizational change and adoption, and AI-enabled ways of working to translate strategy into practical, measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate with Perficient and client teams to assess business challenges, design, and implement transformation solutions, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and measure outcomes and value. Depending on experience, you may also lead workstreams and teams, shape solutions and sales pursuits, mentor others, and contribute to practice development. Requirements

Typically, 5–15+ years of relevant professional experience, with role level determined by experience and demonstrated capabilities.
Demonstrated experience across both business/operating model transformation and organizational change and adoption, although candidates may have greater depth in one area.
Experience developing strategies and translating them into operating models, process improvements, transformation roadmaps, and implementation plans.
Experience assessing and designing operating model components, including capabilities, organization, roles, processes, governance, decision rights, measures, and ways of working.
Experience developing and executing change management activities, including change impacts, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, and adoption.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity, challenge conventional thinking, and develop practical solutions.
Strong client management, facilitation, written and verbal communication, presentation, and executive communication skills.
Ability to independently own work while collaborating across multidisciplinary, globally distributed teams; demonstrated experience coaching or mentoring others.
Experience applying structured transformation, operating model, process improvement, and change approaches. Prior consulting experience is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve consulting delivery, along with an understanding of how AI can impact business processes, operating models, roles, governance, and organizational adoption.
Bachelor's degree in a related field and flexibility to travel to client or Perficient locations as needed.

Responsibilities

Assess client strategies, operating models, processes, organizations, governance, measures, and change environments to identify transformation opportunities.
Develop business strategies and translate them into future-state capabilities, organization structures, roles, processes, governance, decision rights, measures, and ways of working.
Develop and execute organizational change and adoption approaches, including change impacts, stakeholder engagement, readiness, communications, training, and adoption.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to evaluate options, develop recommendations, build alignment, and support decision-making.
Develop transformation roadmaps, implementation plans, business cases, performance measures, and value realization approaches.
Use qualitative and quantitative information to develop insights, recommendations, and measures of transformation performance, adoption, benefits, and business value.
Support transformation implementation while managing assigned activities, deliverables, dependencies, and client relationships.
Leverage AI to accelerate consulting delivery and help clients identify and implement opportunities to transform processes, operating models, roles, decision-making, and ways of working.
Contribute to solution development, pursuits, estimation, mentoring, and practice development, with leadership and accountability increasing based on experience and role level.
