About The Position
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Paving & Roller Operators for projects located in or around Reading, PA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $30/hour based on experience and skill level. Requirements
- Previous experience operating paving and/or roller equipment required
- Knowledge of asphalt paving processes and safety standards
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
Nice To Haves
- CDL is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Operate paving equipment and rollers safely and efficiently
- Assist with asphalt paving projects, including roadways, parking lots, and site work
- Ensure proper compaction and smooth finishes
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Work as part of a crew to meet project deadlines
