About The Position

We are looking for a Paver Roller Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials, you will support daily operations with our paving crew by operating paving equipment and performing general tasks.

Requirements

• Experience Operating a Roller
• Willing to travel
• Willing to work weekends
• Good organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Break down asphalt behind pavers to achieve consistent density and establish rolling pattern with tester
• Finish-roll asphalt to obtain final compaction and remove any roller lines
• Notify crew of any mat defects overlooked before rolling
• Assist crew with shoveling and raking
• Assist crew with Job site set up and clean up
