About The Position

Baptist Medical Center is hiring a full-time Patient Transporter for its Patient Escort Services Department at Baptist Nassau. The role involves accepting patient-movement assignments from the Dispatcher and transporting patients safely and efficiently by wheelchair, stretcher, or bed. The transporter works closely with nursing staff to maintain continuity of patient care and must meet mandatory education and health requirements. The primary location is Baptist Nassau’s Main Building in Fernandina Beach, Florida.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
